Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,956 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAST-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL321P, SNORA70D, and LINC02370. Each is linked with SPAST in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAST-to-partner and partner-to-SPAST results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL321P grouped by SPAST-low versus SPAST-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAST→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
