Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPART Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPART data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SPART Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPART expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and ESCA are the cancer types where SPART Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
