SPART

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPART RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,643 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPART-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMPACT, PPP1R12A, and TNPO1. Each is linked with SPART in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPART-to-partner and partner-to-SPART results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPART versus IMPACT in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPART→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPART) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
