Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPART RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,617 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPART-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Lipophagy, and Transcription preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with SPART in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPART-to-partner and partner-to-SPART results are reported.
