SPART-AS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPART-AS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 328 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPART-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFT27, ZC3H12B, and CA9. Each is linked with SPART-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPART-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SPART-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPART-AS1 versus IFT27 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPART-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPART-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
