Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPARC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPARC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4LP20, LINC02223, and RPL7AP61. Each is linked with SPARC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPARC-to-partner and partner-to-SPARC results are reported.
