Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Beclin, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SPAG9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG9-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Beclin grouped by SPAG9-low versus SPAG9-high in STAD.
