Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMRTC2, OR4F4, and SYCP1. Each is linked with SPAG9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG9-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DMRTC2 grouped by SPAG9-low versus SPAG9-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
