SPAG7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,593 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAE, CRK, and NCOR1. Each is linked with SPAG7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG7-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG7 versus YWHAE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
