Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,369 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Positive regulation of immature T cell proliferation, and Positive regulation of immature T cell proliferation in thymus. Each is linked with SPAG6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG6-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by SPAG6-low versus SPAG6-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
