The most reproducible SPAG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, GINS1, and CENPI. Each is linked with SPAG5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG5-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG5 results are reported.
