Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, ERK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with SPAG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG5-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG5 results are reported.
