Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOC3, SERPINA11, and ACOT12. Each is linked with SPAG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG5-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG5 results are reported.
