SPAG4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,207 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGK1, P4HA1, and PDIA4. Each is linked with SPAG4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG4-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG4 versus PGK1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
