SPAG17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,803 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR35, NPHP4_S142, and OSCP1. Each is linked with SPAG17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG17-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG17 versus WDR35 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
