Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 246 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG17-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRPS2, SMPD3, and DNASE2. Each is linked with SPAG17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG17-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG17 versus PRPS2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
