Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG17-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, TFRC, and eIF4E. Each is linked with SPAG17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG17-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SPAG17-low versus SPAG17-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
