SPAG17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,079 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLIF, GOT1, and NDUFAF4. Each is linked with SPAG17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG17-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLIF grouped by SPAG17-low versus SPAG17-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
