Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,432 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IFT88, RPL18A_S123, and BBS7. Each is linked with SPAG16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG16-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG16 versus IFT88 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
