The most reproducible SPAG16-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A6, FBXO7, and POLR2C. Each is linked with SPAG16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG16-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG16 results are reported.
