Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 828 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG16-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A6, FBXO7, and POLR2C. Each is linked with SPAG16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG16-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG16 versus SLC25A6 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
