Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,729 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG16-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A6, H2AX, and HNRNPAB. Each is linked with SPAG16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG16-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A6 grouped by SPAG16-low versus SPAG16-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
