Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG16-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, SLC7A10, and MYL7. Each is linked with SPAG16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG16-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG16 results are reported.
