SPAG11A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRM, SLC9A3, and GCNT3. Each is linked with SPAG11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG11A-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPRM grouped by SPAG11A-low versus SPAG11A-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
