SPAG11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG11A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 403 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPAG11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are BACE2, CUX1, and SYN3. Each is linked with SPAG11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG11A-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BACE2 grouped by SPAG11A-low versus SPAG11A-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
