Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,652 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG1_S418, SPAG1_S423, and PLEKHF2. Each is linked with SPAG1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG1-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPAG1 versus SPAG1_S418 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
