Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,509 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP519, TAF9, and NOL12. Each is linked with SPAG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG1-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP519 grouped by SPAG1-low versus SPAG1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
