Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, NF2, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with SPAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG1-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by SPAG1-low versus SPAG1-high in UCEC.
