Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 238 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUT10, BPIFA1, and CBY1. Each is linked with SPAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPAG1-to-partner and partner-to-SPAG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FUT10 grouped by SPAG1-low versus SPAG1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
