SPACA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPACA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,279 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM37, SART3, and METTL2A. Each is linked with SPACA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA7-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM37 grouped by SPACA7-low versus SPACA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
