Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPACA7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPACA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Akt_pS473, and Akt_pT308. Each is linked with SPACA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA7-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SPACA7-low versus SPACA7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
