SPACA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP31, MCM9, and SLC6A3. Each is linked with SPACA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA7-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP31 grouped by SPACA7-low versus SPACA7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
