SPACA6P-AS

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPACA6P-AS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPACA6P-AS data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher SPACA6P-AS Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPACA6P-AS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where SPACA6P-AS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
