SPACA6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPACA6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,757 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL39, MRPL40, and PPFIBP1. Each is linked with SPACA6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA6-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPACA6 versus MRPL39 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
