Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPACA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPACA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P36, NPAP1P2, and RPL5P20. Each is linked with SPACA6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA6-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P36 grouped by SPACA6-low versus SPACA6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
