SPACA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 189 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RB1CC1, HDAC6, and ADGRG7. Each is linked with SPACA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA3-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RB1CC1 grouped by SPACA3-low versus SPACA3-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
