SPACA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 423 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2, OR2A25, and METTL21C. Each is linked with SPACA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA1-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPACA1 versus DAZ2 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
