SPACA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP152, SYCP2, and OPLAH. Each is linked with SPACA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA1-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CEP152 grouped by SPACA1-low versus SPACA1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
