SPACA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPACA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPACA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNAP, PRAMEF2, and COX6A2. Each is linked with SPACA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPACA1-to-partner and partner-to-SPACA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNAP grouped by SPACA1-low versus SPACA1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPACA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPACA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
