Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPA17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPA17-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6CP11, MIR549A, and RNU6-582P. Each is linked with SPA17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPA17-to-partner and partner-to-SPA17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP11 grouped by SPA17-low versus SPA17-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPA17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPA17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
