SP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,968 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01305, ZIC5, and DLX5. Each is linked with SP9 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP9-to-partner and partner-to-SP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
