Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX58, SGCA, and CACNG6. Each is linked with SP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP9-to-partner and partner-to-SP9 results are reported.
