SP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 399 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB1, OR1L6, and C2orf80. Each is linked with SP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP8-to-partner and partner-to-SP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB1 grouped by SP8-low versus SP8-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
