SP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L1, MIR6765, and RPL31P53. Each is linked with SP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP3-to-partner and partner-to-SP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L1 grouped by SP3-low versus SP3-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
