SP140

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP140 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,999 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP140-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RB, P2RY10, and CSF2RB. Each is linked with SP140 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP140-to-partner and partner-to-SP140 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP140 versus IL2RB in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP140→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP140) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
