Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP140 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,247 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SP140-associated genes across cancer lineages are LY9, ZBP1, and SCML4. Each is linked with SP140 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP140-to-partner and partner-to-SP140 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SP140 versus LY9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP140→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP140) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
