SP140

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP140 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP140-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, RAD54L, and CCDC163. Each is linked with SP140 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP140-to-partner and partner-to-SP140 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by SP140-low versus SP140-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP140→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP140) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
