SP140

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SP140 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP140-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, STAT3_pY705, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with SP140 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP140-to-partner and partner-to-SP140 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SP140-low versus SP140-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP140→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP140) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
