Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP140 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,799 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP140-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptide antigen transport, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with SP140 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP140-to-partner and partner-to-SP140 results are reported.
