SP140

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP140 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP140-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPL, FAM162B, and AKAP4. Each is linked with SP140 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP140-to-partner and partner-to-SP140 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPL grouped by SP140-low versus SP140-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP140→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP140) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
