SP100

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SP100 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SP100-associated genes across cancer lineages are WFDC11, OXT, and IQSEC3. Each is linked with SP100 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SP100-to-partner and partner-to-SP100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WFDC11 grouped by SP100-low versus SP100-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SP100→partner) and Y-score (partner→SP100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
